We work with you to design a treatment and rehabilitation plan based on your goals, which may include education, exercise, taping, soft tissue or manual therapy.
2. ASSESS
We assess your injury, including range of motion, strength, and biomechanics.
5. REASSESS
We reassess your injury to check your progress and adjust your treatment programme to make sure you are still moving towards your desired goals.​
3. DIAGNOSE
We make a diagnosis and educate you on expected timeframes and treatment options available.
6. PREVENT
We explain the expected reasons for your injury and recommend strategies to address factors which help to reduce injury recurrence.
