JACK DAWKINS
SPECIALIST MUSCULOSKELETAL AND SPORTS PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Jack is a chartered and Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered physiotherapist with a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Southampton and a postgraduate master’s degree (MSc) in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Bath. He has 14 years of experience working in the NHS, the Ministry of Defence, private practice, and professional sport. He prides himself in offering a comprehensive assessment and individualised treatment plan which meets the goals of the client.
He currently shares his time between Flex Physio Bath and working as a First Contact Physiotherapist in the NHS. He has worked in Bath and the surrounding areas for over 10 years which has enabled him to develop strong working relationships with local health professionals and hospital specialists. He is also an independent physiotherapist prescriber and injecting physiotherapist which enables him to prescribe medications and administer joint and soft tissue injections as part of a comprehensive package of treatment.​

Jack is an accredited and registered International Sports Physiotherapist (IFSPT) and a published author with the FIFA Medical Assessment and Research Centre on strategies to reduce injuries in footballers (link). ​He continues to keep abreast of the latest evidence-based practice to offer optimal treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to the needs of his clients.
He enjoys travelling and keeping fit through a combination of running, strength training, and playing touch rugby or padel in his spare time.
